The poor cleanliness and management made this a terrible use of my vacation. My first trip to Peru was spoiled, and a partial refund can't replace the time and experiences I lost. The unit was so dirty that they moved me, but the next one was dirty too and didn't match the pictures. I wouldn't book with this company.

I booked three days in Barranco hoping to use the pool, but when I arrived, no one spoke English and I was told it was reserved for the next two days. To use it on the last day, I would have had to call at 5 am and could book only two hours. After a long trip, I was looking forward to a few days of rest, but the whole stay left me disappointed and without help. The apartments are very basic, nowhere near luxurious, and they don't answer messages. They also charged me twice for bookings that never happened. I waited two months for a refund and had to keep chasing them for it. I've never dealt with a worse company.

If you cancel, they keep your money and do nothing to refund it. They lied to me and were completely uncooperative. Don't book.
