We booked this place for the spa, but found it quite dirty, partly because people who aren't staying at the hotel can use it. The room was OK. At reception, we were told restaurants were just a two-minute walk away, but it actually took a while to get to them.

The location is quite far from the attractions and not very convenient. Services could be better too: hot water is limited, and the TV signal was out for two days.

The mattresses had plastic covers that made us itch, and the shower started out cold. We waited 20 minutes for hot water, by which point you could catch a cold. Our group included people with disabilities, but staff didn't help with the luggage. A double room cost 230 soles. We also waited 30 minutes for the bill while staff called the young man in administration. Over our six-day stay, the staff changed every day, as though they were on probation, although they did their best.

The sauna and pool were just right for unwinding, and breakfast was excellent. We arrived on motorcycles and were greeted with incredibly friendly service. Thank you so much!
