Breakfast was VERY good, and the staff were exceptionally nice. The hotel is about 15 minutes from both the airport and downtown Arequipa, so the location is OK. The rooms were modern, clean, and very nice, with 12 ft high ceilings and a walk in shower. After a terrible stay at the Wyndham Arequipa, this place felt much newer and cleaner, and the staff were far more serviceable and friendly. Perhaps the best hotel in Arequipa.

We had a great massage here, though it lasted only 45 minutes, sadly. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel's location worked out very well.

The rooms were clean and the hotel was beautiful. Martin at the restaurant was wonderful, and Melissa and Evelyn were kind and helpful. I was happy with my experience and will come back.

We arrived at night in our High Roof 4x4 vehicles, and the attitude at the reception counter really upset us. Each person seemed to have their own opinion: one said to park in front of the hotel, another on the side, and another at the back. After our group dinner, most of us had gone to bed, but we were told the Cars had to be moved again because it wasn't safe, and moved before 6 am. They disturbed our rest and expected us to be up by 6 am to move them. Truly hopeless counter service.

The service staff cleaned the room every day, and the rooms were comfortable. There were lots of different foods for breakfast.
