El Encanto

Katherine, the hotel manager, and her staff made us feel at home at El Encanto. They offered useful ideas for things to do and places to eat, and helped us book tours, including pointing us toward good deals. Service is what really sets this hotel apart. The vintage antiques make the decor lovely, and there's a small pool for sunny days. It's the only modern option you'll find in the center of Lunahuana. They also accept pets on request, which can be hard to find while traveling. We loved staying here and would choose it again.

The room was spacious and really clean, and the American breakfast had plenty of variety each day. Service was excellent throughout. I'll definitely come back, highly recommend it.

The hotel is small, with small rooms, and has a pool and its own parking. It's in Lunahuana, one block from the tourist agencies and a few blocks from the main square. Breakfast is American on regular days and buffet style on holidays. The service is excellent, and they can suggest agencies and activities.

We were welcomed warmly, and the vintage look is lovely. The staff were attentive the whole time and gave us a biosafety kit at check-in for free. It's very close to the Plaza, and breakfast was delicious. I'd gladly return.
