We could leave our bags there for three hours after checkout, which was handy, and the staff were friendly. The hotel was clean, probably one of the nicer places in the area, but our bathroom door wouldn't close fully. The market nearby meant constant honking day and night, and music shook our room the first night. Thin windows let in both the noise and the weather. The TV didn't work, and there was no warm water. They also tried to sell us Ballestes Island tours and National reserve trips for much more than the storefront next door.

It's very basic, and a bit too expensive for what you get when booked through hoteles.com. Disappointing that breakfast wasn't included.

Being right by the pool was lovely, and the rooms were great. The food was delicious, though breakfast took a very long time to arrive. It's right on the beach.

I went hoping to relax, but left feeling sick with nerves. It was noisy everywhere, like being in a market. The pool felt more like a bar, with people staying there late, and the street facing windows looked out toward a nightclub across the road. I wouldn't come back.
