We had a wonderful experience and will definitely stay again next time. The hotel is near everything in Puno, and the price is outstanding. The rooms are large and clean, and continental breakfast is included. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and caring, and the service was excellent.

The gentleman who welcomed us was very kind and helpful, always trying to please. The service was a 10. The mattress was a little hard, and hot water in the evening left a lot to be desired. During the day, until around 6 or 7 pm, it was possible to get a very hot shower. They brought hot tea to my room. Again, service was a 10.

They clearly mean well and want to take care of their guests, but a lot of things get in the way. The beds feel like stone, there’s no heating or even a hairdryer, and the soundproofing is poor. You can hear buses pulling away out front all day. I hope they’re able to improve things.
