The room was fine and the beds were comfortable. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very good. It’s a quiet spot, still within walking distance of the historical centre.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our four months travelling in America. It was really clean, with a fantastic shower, strong pressure and properly hot water. Breakfast was nice too. The place is well located in the city centre, and the price was decent for Puno.

I was only there for around five hours. The location was good, but I thought the rooms needed cleaning, and the food was okay, not great. The person who helped me at checkout wasn’t friendly. For those prices, I think you could find a better hotel.

They welcomed us at 5 in the morning after our night bus, as we’d arranged with them beforehand. The room was clean and nice, and there was hot water all the time. Staff were very friendly and helped us with taxis and advice. It’s not far from the main plaza.

A pretty good hotel with a friendly receptionist and hot water. It’s five minutes from the centre, and the parking is two blocks away.
