The staff were helpful, but I still wouldn’t recommend staying here. The rooms feel very old, the door creaked, and the bed sounded ready to come apart. For the price, it just wasn’t worth it.

It’s a quiet, nice hotel with hot water, comfortable beds, and good service from the staff. Rooms are available on every floor, though their sizes vary. They’re otherwise pretty similar.

Everyone was so kind, and both breakfast and service were excellent. The place itself is beautiful too. I’d gladly recommend this hotel and Rioja! 👏👏✨

The room wasn’t checked properly before I was given it: the light kept flickering, the TV didn’t work right, and its remote was broken. They couldn’t even sort out a replacement remote. The internet was awful, and I couldn’t download photos from WhatsApp. The hallways were dark, and the rooms didn’t feel welcoming, even though the outside looks modern. They didn’t provide anything to keep mosquitoes away, so I had to buy my own. A really bad experience.

The food was delicious, and the rooms were comfortable. The staff were incredibly attentive, and the hotel is in a handy spot, just two blocks from the Plaza de Armas. I was delighted with my stay and would definitely come back 🤩
