The views are beautiful, and the rooms are lovely with really comfortable beds. We also tried the spa for a couples massage and the saunas, which was so relaxing. Loved the place and definitely want to come back.

La Molina approved. I had a great time here with an old friend who was visiting Peru for the third time. The hotel managers, especially Rocio Koch, were wonderful, and we really liked how she handled things. They gave us two complimentary drinks, and since my guest doesn't drink alcohol, we could choose a virgin version. This hidden gem in Surco has earned its five-star reviews. I'd recommend it to Muslim businessmen looking for something new away from Miraflores, and to the Arab world as well.

There isn't really a lobby, and the location has nothing to offer. There's no jacuzzi except in the spa, either. My first room was so noisy that I asked to move, but the second was even worse, and the front desk service was poor. I was also only told at checkout that a 10% service charge had been added to everything, after I'd already tipped, so it felt like a double tip. A very disappointing stay.

The staff weren't friendly or professional, and nothing about the stay felt special for a five-star hotel. I called ahead because we planned to arrive early, and the manager said it was fine and that rooms were available. When we got there, they wanted another $65 for early check-in. The issue wasn't the money, it was the experience. The woman then forgot to mention that paying it included free breakfast. So unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend it. Better to stay at a good hotel like Hilton. The local staff seem to have no idea about customer service.
