It's very clean, and I've always felt safe leaving my belongings there. I've never lost anything, which I really appreciate. It's a good place to stay, though a bit pricier than other options, and the reception staff could be better.

The staff were friendly and the service was very good, but the noise made it hard to rest. You can hear every little sound, with music, especially hymns, playing loudly from 5:00 AM and other guests' noise, including crying children. There's a lot of echo in the building, and the rooms are too small. They only issue receipts for lodging, not for food or drinks.

They have hot water, and you can pay in pesos or soles. Even if you come back very late, they'll open the door, so going out for a walk is no problem. The cable signal isn't HD, and breakfast comes without ham.

The person who served us at breakfast was excellent, and the staff were attentive. Still, the hotel itself isn't among the best. At night, sounds carry into the rooms, from hallway footsteps to conversations at reception, so getting a good night's sleep is hard.
