We spent a great three weeks here and had no complaints. The restaurant chef is excellent, the staff were great, and the room did what we needed. It was nice to have a hot shower, the outlets worked with American appliances, and the wifi was great. The pool was also well cared for.

The staff were excellent, the rooms were nice, and the AC worked really well. The only downside was the elevator replacement during our stay. We were on the fifth floor, and climbing all those stairs in the heat was rough. With the elevator working, I’d give it five stars.

A spacious, well-kept room and a wide pool made this a great place to stay and hang out in a prime part of Tarapoto. The restaurant was superb too, with excellent food and drinks.

The staff had a lovely nature, and I really liked the atmosphere. Seeing the place in person after viewing the pictures online was a pleasant experience. I also had fun swimming indoors with my friends.
