For what it costs and the time I was there, I'd say it's a decent option compared with other places nearby. The place itself is nice, but my room had no bathroom door and the TV remote was broken.

The young woman working there was so poor at customer service and etiquette that I didn't even want to stay at this hostel. She needs training.

What do you expect for 30 soles a night? The walls were dirty and stained, and I couldn't tell what the marks were. It felt unsafe, like going in meant coming out raped. It was literally a red room. Horrible, awful, disgusting!

They're working to improve the service every day, and the people looking after each room are wonderful. The place is super comfortable, with incredibly friendly staff. It's excellent and open-minded. 👍👍👍👍👍 ⛤⛤⛤⛤⛤

Totally unacceptable. There weren't any towels because they had run out, and the bathroom was broken. So many acts of negligence.
