There were too many disappointments for me, and I won't be back. Maybe someone else could have a good stay. We ordered food and were told to expect it in 30-40 minutes. Instead, dishes came after 90 minutes, with the final one arriving two hours after we ordered. That's when they told us they couldn't make the coffees we'd asked for repeatedly because the breakfast supplies were “locked away.” Later, while I was resting on a beach bed, my AirPods went missing. I used my phone to track them and asked the woman at the bar if she'd seen anything. She said no. After searching around the hotel, I finally got a signal at the bar and told her. She immediately took my AirPods from the inside pocket of her jacket. Breakfast the next morning was the last letdown. I don't expect much from a free breakfast, but this was laughable, especially next to the hotel's posted breakfast photo. We got plain bread, a tiny bit of scrambled egg, watery coffee, and juice full of seeds that were hard to swallow.

I was walking along the beach looking for somewhere to have a few drinks. The place looked good, but the drinks were watered down. Sorry, it sucked.

It looks nice, but the service was terrible from reception through to the bar. The food was expensive for its quality and the service, and termite droppings get into the room. I wouldn't recommend it.

We booked ahead, but the rooms were dirty and the food was terrible and overpriced. Service was slow, including when bringing out our meal, and they forgot our drinks. The staff weren't helpful either. They seemed to look at us with disdain just for being there. Is discrimination based on appearance really still a thing? Look for a better hotel.

We went for lunch with friends. The ceviche I got was bland and dry, as the photo shows. I told the waiter ceviche is usually juicy and asked them to add lime juice, but it still tasted like nothing. My friend also never got the causa acevichada they'd ordered, so after waiting 90 minutes we left and paid only for what we'd eaten. We'd agreed to a 40-60 minute wait, but it had already been about 80 minutes when my dish arrived. The problem for me wasn't just the wait, it was the bland food. They also didn't bring the usual snack some restaurants offer while you wait, like canchita or plantain chips. I'll leave the decision to anyone reading this, but based on my experience I don't recommend eating there.
