The setting is stunning, and the staff were accommodating. The food was excellent.
Paradise 🥰👌
We'd definitely like to come back. Pension papahani is the best place in all of Polynesia, and it exceeded our expectations. The two-colored lagoon view is perfect. We could see a stingray from the boardwalk or swim with it. The boardwalk itself is lovely, decorated with shells, flowerpots, plants, and a white chair. The front porch also has a beautiful view, and drinking water was available around the clock. We had specific food requirements, and they took special care to prepare dinner for us. You can see both sunrise and sunset from the different sides. Mr.Tamui was always available on WhatsApp to help people like us living on the other side of the world. Thanks, Mr.Tamui, for all your help.
This was my second stay at Pension Papahani, and I left with an even fuller heart than the first time. It's hard to describe the feeling of being here. The lagoon looks unreal, and the place feels like paradise, but what touched me most was the spirit of it. The welcome is sincere, warm, and kind. I felt embraced and surrounded by love, not just hosted. The bungalows are peaceful and comfortable, the meals generous and delicious, and everything feels simple and genuine. You can feel the mana in the smiles, the conversations, and the quiet lagoon at sunset. I fell in love with Maupiti, this guesthouse, the whole team, and this big-hearted family. Mauruuru roa for these timeless moments. I'll keep coming back 🤍
