Tucked behind a door and hedge, this little city oasis even has a pool. Luc and Laurence, the married owners, really know how to make guests feel welcome. We stayed in the Anqanqa room, a spacious setup with its own adjoining garden and a well-equipped kitchen area. The design had a relaxed bohemian feel with a Tahitian touch. It was an easy 10-minute walk through safe streets to central Papeete, and the supermarket was just 2-3 minutes away on foot. Breakfast was included and really yummy. The place was clean, friendly, and affordable, and it surpassed our expectations. A true gem, we'd definitely stay again when we're back.

The pool and location were both nice, and we felt really comfortable in our room. Breakfast was amazing, even better than we expected. Communication was great, including help arranging a taxi to the airport, and check-in and check-out were very relaxed. We really enjoyed staying at Fare Rea Rea.

We stayed before and after our Aranui cruise, and it was delightful. The shared areas made it easy to chat with other guests, which was a nice bonus, and the pool was lovely. Luc and his wife looked after us so well, helping with several travel problems and making excellent homemade breakfasts. They put a lot of care into running a tidy, friendly, comfortable place.

Luc and Patric are wonderful hosts, and this is the best guest house in the world. There’s a big pool, air conditioning in the rooms, and fresh fruit from their garden in the communal kitchen whenever you want some.

The landscaping makes a lovely little haven, and the pool is a godsend. You can hear some street noise, though you don’t see the street from inside. The host is incredibly nice. This is an amazing BnB in Pape'ete, a great choice if you want to stay in town without paying resort prices.
