The daily cleaning was excellent, and the ladies did a thorough, efficient job. The rest of the suite was excellent too. We had an executive suite in the middle of town, roomy enough to feel like a whole home, with two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a large living room. At $490 AUD per night, the kitchen could be better equipped. There was no microwave, just two small saucepans, a frying pan, and basic utensils for three people. The smart TV wouldn't connect to the internet, even though the CAT5 socket was live. Using a laptop and HDMI cable solved that.

The restaurant servers at dinner were the best part. They were really nice and made an effort to get to know you. The front desk barely acknowledged me unless I went over to them. The location is handy, with lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. My bi-level suite was okay. The bed was comfortable, but there were scuffs and cracks on the walls, the bathroom lighting was horrible, and the shower was terrible. Everything is expensive here, and this place was no exception, so I'm not sure it was good value. I don't know if I'd recommend it.

I was only at the hotel for a few hours, but it cost me $250. I got stuck in the elevator and nobody knew, since there are no cameras inside and no AC. Once I got out, nobody apologized or even offered me water. I'll never stay here again.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were supposed to be included, but check what you're choosing. Most proteins and extras, like fried eggs, meat, and jam fruit, cost extra, and they don't advertise it. Forget about an early check-in too. They'll leave you in the lobby with all your luggage instead. I definitely wouldn't suggest staying here. Google other options.

Spacious, comfortable, clean rooms in a good location, and the pool was nice for cooling off. A few things still need work, but we had a great stay.
