For a private stay in Tahiti that’s small, inexpensive, and rustic, this place could be a good fit. A few things need attention, though: the bed felt unstable, the shower head didn't work, and the tea bags seemed to have been stored for a while and were affected by humidity. With a little more care from the owner, it could be fantastic.

Freddie made communication easy and pleasant, and I'll remember our stay in Tahiti fondly. The house is clean, fresh, cozy, and beautiful, with everything you need. It felt like a magical place for two, especially with the private pool and its amazing view.

The air-conditioned bedroom made for a comfortable night's sleep. This charming chalet in the hills above Tahiti is a lovely choice for a romantic getaway, with a stunning lagoon and Moorea view from the pool. It feels like an exotic retreat. The mine train-style elevator and wooden and iron staircase add a fun sense of adventure.

If peace and quiet are what you're after, this accommodation is hard to beat. On our first day we caught the bus into town, then rented a scooter from Tropical Scooter Rent.
