We had good luck with just three groups staying while we were there, and our housemates were rarely around. But the property has eight rooms, so if it filled up, you’d be sharing every common area and might have to wait for the dining table. I booked based on a price that made me think we’d have the whole place, but it’s shared accommodation with communal dining, which the listing didn’t make clear. The map also sent us along a rough, rocky road. This could suit someone who likes a hostel-style stay and is happy to share with strangers. If you were expecting privacy and an exclusive retreat, keep looking.

The Great Molave has nine rooms, plus a shared kitchen, living room, and backyard. There’s parking for five vehicles, and it’s near well-known food spots including Sonya's Garden and Cecilia's Buko pie. The place has a high ceiling, studio lights, photogenic landscaping, a sunlit living room, and paintings that look very expensive. It’s a fun setting for photos if you want to show off a rich-homeowner look, even if you don’t have the money or are just teasing your mother-in-law or sister-in-law. Stay for a day or two at this hidden gem. P.S. Book through their FB page instead of AirBnB for free bed and breakfast.
