The room was spacious, the staff very nice, and the location handy, about five minutes from Walking Street. I think SM mall is also a five to ten-minute walk. I'm a heavy sleeper, so the bar right next door didn't bother me, but the music goes on until 1-3am every night. If you're a light sleeper or go to bed early, this might not work for you. The rooms are very big for the price, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's also a convenient location. At night, though, the bar downstairs makes it pretty noisy. There isn't an elevator, the beds creak a lot, and the bathroom isn't nice.

The evening view from our window was lovely, with Angeles City lit up like a Christmas tree, and our baby daughter especially enjoyed it. My wife and I had a comfortable stay. The room was clean, there was hot running water, and the staff were very good. Everything was well priced.

For the low price, you get a kitchen, a large room, and a big window. But it was noisy, there was no elevator, and there was no water, toothpaste, or soap.

I came away disappointed. The hotel is far from Walking Street, and the rooms aren't well maintained. There's no elevator for luggage, and the old air conditioner was so loud it spoiled the room's ambience.
