Overlook's restaurant team made a strong impression on us. Eman, Keith, Edward, Clarissa, Jhem, RR, and the whole team were kind and genuinely caring with every request. The OJT staff were professional, attentive, and clearly well trained. We were there as a family with a young child, but the hotel felt more geared toward business travelers, couples, and solo guests. There were lots of meetings, couples using the facilities, and individual travelers. The property itself is modern, clean, and well managed. The pool was tough for our child: the water is very cold with no heating, and only the stair-entry area felt safe for a child to move around. At that temperature, kids can only swim comfortably for a short time. On-site options for small children are limited, though child-friendly activities are a short drive away, and the location works well as a base for exploring. It's a good choice for solo travelers, couples, or business stays, as long as families set expectations accordingly.

There's ample parking, and the place is conveniently located and easy to access. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and service is responsive. Good value for money. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Clark.

Breakfast buffet comes included, and SMX convenient center is just a few minutes away by car. The rooms are okay, with air-conditioning, a TV (no Netflix account logged in), hot iron and ironing board, hot shower, towels, and toiletries.

Ming Ming, the friendly cat, lives at the outside desk. The rooftop has a beautiful pool, plus great views, meals, and drinks. The location is quiet, with lots of restaurants a short walk away and Walking Street about 15 minutes on foot. Staff are super friendly, laundry comes back the same day, and the clean, modern rooms are well kept. The air conditioning works great.

The restaurant food was actually quite okay, but our room had a bit of a smell and the pool was being renovated without any prior notice. The location felt like the middle of nowhere and wasn't good. For the money it's not bad, though I probably wouldn't stay again.
