Euroasia Annex

The friendly, helpful staff are what made this a four-star stay for me. I’m not particularly fussy about room quality. During my 10-day quarantine, the room had two beds and cable TV to keep me entertained, and the AC held up even though it ran the whole time. This was when the hotel was being used for overseas Filipinos who had to quarantine as part of the Philippines’ effort to control COVID 19.

Stayed for two weeks and had nothing to complain about. The area felt safe, with security at night, and the staff were friendly. The aircon worked well every night. WiFi was average, though a sim card was faster. There was a bit of noise before midnight, then it got quiet.

Being close to SM City Clark, a small flea market, and jeepneys to Angeles was handy. We had a family room for four, with two queen beds, and toiletries were provided by reddoorz. It’s a typical pension house in Clark, where you’ll see plenty of foreigners on long stays. The building is only three storeys, so there’s no elevator. The room itself wasn’t too bad, but the bed my sister and I shared was uncomfortable. It seemed to have a spring mattress where the first layer should be, with foam supposedly on top. Haha. The CR doorknob was broken too.

The room was big and reasonably clean, and the Wi-Fi and shower were okay. But the street was very noisy, with Jeepneys going all night, and the aircon was so weak I still felt hot. The towels were awful, full of holes.
