The room was quite spacious, and the shower and amenities were okay. The hotel sits right in the middle of the walking street, and it's Korean-managed. There's no lift. My room faced the main street with the bars, so it was a little noisy until 0430h. The rate varies depending on whether you pay cash or by credit card, by about php450-500. Staff and service were so-so.

The rooms are large and clean, and the price is affordable. Mine overlooked fields ave, and there was no problem with a guest staying over. The staff were very nice.

The food is excellent and the staff are very good. It is a little expensive, but I'd still highly recommend it. It's a favourite with my husband and family.

Five years ago this was a nice hotel. Now it looks tired and isn't well kept. I wouldn't stay again.

The location is perfect, but the hotel is badly run down and needs a massive lift.
