The manager was never reachable, either when I tried or when Airbnb contacted them. Staff couldn't make decisions without the manager, and the explanation for when the manager would be available changed by the hour. First I was told the manager was out that evening, then available the next day at lunch, then off that day. A truly awful customer experience. I booked based on photos of a beautiful premium room and paid a premium price. On arrival, staff said a walk-in customer had been given my room. They then called the room they offered an upgrade, but it was a major downgrade. I later saw a similar listing for that room at a much lower rate in the same hotel. Staff said my online payment was for a standard room, even though the pictures in the listing showed the premium room. The first room they showed me smelled of mold from the aircons. The second was a little better, but I still had to ask for it to be cleaned. It seemed like they were overbooked and put me in a poorly maintained side room as a backup. There were no towels, and my keycard wouldn't open the Gym. See pictures. Management did a poor job training staff, maintaining the aircons, handling double bookings, and keeping the listing photos accurate. Either they double booked and lied about why I got a much worse room, or their listings are a scam.

I've stayed here a few times. The location is good and the staff are very friendly. Hotels in the Philippines aren't the best, but this one's nice. I do worry about maintenance, though, since some rooms are showing wear and tear.

I had one of the nicer hotel rooms I've stayed in in the Philippines. The deluxe room was spacious, though there was some very loud banging on my wall from construction. Even so, I'd recommend it.

You get a nice apartment for the price, with clean rooms and a great view over Angeles. The hotel is right in the centre of town. The rooftop swimming pool also has a great view, but getting in is a hassle: you have to ask at reception for someone to escort you back to the 15th floor with a key. If you need the toilet, you have to go down to the lobby and ask someone to let you back in. You can't order drinks or food there, and apparently can't charge anything from the building to your hotel bill. Water was an issue for me. My first room had no hot water. In the second, the pressure was so low that you couldn't shower while flushing the toilet. The staff are really nice, but seem completely clueless about fixing a problem.

They talked me into the most expensive room, the executive suite, saying it had a bathtub. Now they say that room doesn't have one and only some rooms do. Bait and switch tactics, deceptive business practices!
