They wouldn’t feed us because the restaurant was closed when we arrived. All they said was, “Sorry, order Grab po.” They did fix the wrong room, and the Wi-Fi is up now, but this was a huge mistake. Don’t come here! I’ll update this after the two days I paid for.

We had a nice time at a nice place to relax. The pool was clean, and the receptionist, cashier, lifeguard, restaurant staff, and even the guard gave very good, accommodating service. Hope to come back soon.

We spent three days here because we couldn’t cancel, and it was one of the most disappointing resorts I’ve seen. The staff were very unhelpful. On Saturday night the pool was like a big bubble bath, with very loud music until 11:30 p.m. A resort should be relaxing, so this feels more like a theme park than a resort. It might be fine for day use or a night party if that’s the kind of entertainment you like, but it wasn’t for me and my wife.

We went in to ask about family rooms, and the staff offered two choices and assured us both were available on the date I gave. One staff member kindly showed us both options. We decided on Loreland Villas and returned to the office to pay, only for his colleagues to say we could choose only the other option because it was the only one available. We had no choice, got no apology, and they went back inside and ignored us while we were deciding. The staff were incompetent.
