Azra Bacolod at Mesavirre

The building felt peaceful and safe, which made it easy to rest. The window view was a nice extra. Our 1-bedroom suite was clean, stylish, well maintained, and neatly set up for guests. The kitchen worked well and the bed was extremely comfortable. I'd recommend it for a cozy, hassle-free stay.

We booked your 4-pax unit for this stay, but it was disappointing to arrive and find the condo less clean than expected. My husband and I are now experiencing itching, and we're concerned the comforter, bedsheets, or pillow covers might not have been changed properly. This was our second booking with you. The studio we stayed in the first time was very clean and beautiful, which is why we chose your place again. We had also recommended it to friends who were considering a staycation, since the photos showed a clean, lovely unit with utensils, and the price was affordable. Some appliances weren't working properly either. The heaters didn't work, and the rice cooker was unclean and couldn't cook the rice properly. We hope you'll consider some compensation for the inconvenience and address this so the experience can improve for future guests. Thank you, and we hope this can be resolved.

The host was helpful and quick to respond, so check-in and check-out were both easy. The condo was spacious, bright, and nicely furnished, with working amenities and a fresh, clean smell when we arrived. It felt like a home away from home, and the location made it easy to get around. One of the best stays we've had.

The living area gets a little warm during the day, but there's fresh air and an electric fan for ventilation. The rest of the place was a delight, clean, cozy, and beautifully designed with a luxurious feel at an affordable price. We were visiting as tourists and wanted good value, and The Lopez Lux in Messavire's Bacolod exceeded what we expected. The bedroom was roomy and comfortable, and the kitchen had all the accessories, cookware, and utensils we needed. The owner/manager was approachable and easy to reach, and we even received complimentary tokens. Definitely worth recommending.
