The staff and front desk at ✔️ inn, under the new management after Citi grand inn's previous contract, were just awful. They don't know how to communicate with customers. Cheap!!

The location takes a bit of a drive to reach the city center, though jeeps and tricycles nearby can get you to the city proper. What really bothered me was the room condition. It seemed like it hadn't been used or checked in quite a while: dusty, with cobwebs on the complimentary soap and shampoo. The bathroom water needed to run for minutes to clear dirt and debris, the heater didn't work, and the shower pressure was very weak. I can understand things failing because of age or poor quality, but staff should have cleaned and checked the room before renting it.

Easy to find, and the room was clean and spacious. The bed was a bit hard, and the shower was either too hot or couldn't be adjusted. No complimentary water, but that's okay for a budget friendly inn. CoZy

I left after four days on Sunday, May 5, 2024, and asked to have the Manager contact me about my stay. Five days later, nobody had reached out. They don't care about people. Don't stay here!

The room was clean and affordable. WiFi is available, but only in the lobby. They provide shampoo and soap, but no toothpaste.
