This was really frustrating. I booked and paid for a standard room for two adults, with one queen or double bed, but at check-in we were taken to a room with two twin beds. The receptionist checked my reservation, so they knew what I had booked, but nobody mentioned the change. I had to ask why we got a different setup before they explained that rooms depend on availability. What’s the point of booking and paying ahead if you can’t count on getting what you reserved?

There are plenty of tourist spots nearby, which made the location nice, and the restaurant downstairs served good food. The room could have been cleaner, though. I got some bites while I was there.

Had a great stay. If you can, choose one of the upper floors and ask for a mountain-side room instead of a city view.

The location worked well, about a 15-minute walk from Session Road, and breakfast was included for each night of our stay. Some mountain-facing rooms have a great view, though that isn’t true of every room.

The breakfast was great, and getting to the hotel was easy. We also found lots of restaurants nearby, with SM Mall and the other tourist attractions about a 15-minute drive away. Our room looked out over the Bagiuo Hills. We ended up at LeFern Hotel after the hotel we’d booked canceled at the last minute. The area was fully booked, so we were lucky to find a room. Fel & Aril at reception were both warm and welcoming. If I return to Bagiuo, this would be my first choice.
