There's mold, barking dogs all night, and the generators don't work. The elevators are often out, water pressure is frequently low, and the roof leaks, with buckets catching drips everywhere. The internet is completely unreliable too. With the power problems, it's down more often than it's working. It's sad to see people living with these conditions. The ads seem to be from people trying to rent to unsuspecting tourists.

The view is nice, but getting around from the property isn't easy or cheap. You have to hike up one side of the hill and walk down the long driveway to find a cab, or use Grab to pick you up. Inside, several electrical sockets don't work, and some extension cords have only one working outlet or none at all. The bathroom sink leaks from its drainpipe, and the shower heater is a joke: fewer than six streams come through because most of the showerhead holes are blocked.

I stayed for ten days and found it peaceful, with a lovely view and atmosphere. There's a short climb, about half a minute, which I treated as my daily warm-up. Cheap laundry nearby was handy, and the guards were very nice. It's 12-15 minutes from Baguio City. You can get there by jeepney from Burnham Park - Igorot Village, taking the SLU (Saint Louise Uni), Bakakeng Sur route.

A peaceful place to stay when visiting Baguio City, away from the busy center. You get fresh air and a view of the mountains and pine trees.
