The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, and the food was good, though there weren't many options. I also ordered a cappuccino from the in-house restaurant. It came quickly, and the coffee was cheap and decent. The room itself was kept cool by an old, dusty air conditioning unit, but the overall design felt dated, like an old house without any vintage charm. The bathroom needs work: no exhaust, a rusty restroom window, and visible stains on the towels, which made the stay less comfortable. I could hear people talking and the television from the next room, and there's no elevator, which could be a challenge with heavy luggage. I hope management improves the maintenance and renovates. The location and potential are there.

The room had no view of the road or city, so the room we got didn't offer city lights or mountain scenery. Even so, the property's garden-style surroundings and quiet atmosphere made it relaxing. The area feels peaceful while still being accessible, and SM Baguio is within walking distance, with a 7-Eleven nearby as well. We chose an air-conditioned room. It was clean and comfortable, with the basic things needed for a decent stay, though nothing luxurious or especially remarkable. The hot shower worked properly, which was a big plus in Baguio's cold weather. A good, practical choice for a short trip when location and comfort matter.

The breakfast was the highlight for me, delicious, with a nice view over the city. I also really enjoyed my stay thanks to the extraordinarily friendly staff and helpful front desk. The hotel looks a bit dated from outside, but it's clean and the rooms are spacious. Excellent location.

The staff were professional and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet was decent, with several kinds of bread and cereal, plus rice and typical Filipino breakfast. The room, including the bathroom, was clean and spacious. Location is the best part. It's in town, close enough to walk to SM Baguio and Session road, while still far enough away that you don't hear all the city noise. We didn't use the elevator, so I'm not sure whether they have one.

The lobby is nice, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was good, too, and the location near SM Mall is convenient. My Executive room was a letdown. It was clean but very old and worn. The side chair had a cigarette burn on the seat, and there was no refrigerator or room safe.
