Martha's Room was only Php 1,000.00, and you get what you pay for. The staff were hospitable, at least. We went biking, ate out, and visited the night market, which was the best part because we found cheap clothes. The weather was cold when we went for a walk, and we stopped at places we thought looked interesting. The house itself felt really creepy that night. We lay down for a while, then got ready for bed, and I suddenly started wondering about the people working there. Had they gone home, were they in the house with us, or were we alone? It was so quiet inside except for a dog barking in the middle of the night, and I kept thinking about it. I was too scared to say anything to my friend, and just needed someone who wouldn’t worry about it and could go back to sleep. Kidding about the price being the reason, but if those things don’t bother you, Martha's Room could be for you.

The staff and facilities were great, and we stayed for two days and three nights. The trouble was the low water pressure and a malfunctioning water heater that we couldn’t use consistently. There was even a time we had to bathe in very cold water 😔😔😔.

The room and service were good, but getting to the place isn’t very convenient. The road up to the main road is really steep.

Clean place, and it’s ladies’ lodging only ❤️😂💜.

Definitely a cozy room.
