The location is the strongest point of Megatower residences, and I enjoyed my five-month stay in a corner unit at Megatower 1. It was a great apartment, though the building had some issues. I won’t share its photos since most Megatower condos, including Megatower 2,3 and 4, which I’ve stayed in or visited before, are nowhere near as nice or as large as the expensive one I rented on Air BnB. Most units are too small for more than two people and aren’t well maintained. The buildings are getting old and need maintenance. If you stay in one, please close doors gently. Students and other people sleep there, and I was woken several times by people banging doors, talking loudly in the halls, or letting their kids yell and play in the echoing corridors. Please keep the door closed while cooking, too. Food smells drift through the halls and into other rooms. And put rubbish in the garbage chute. Leaving it beside the chute brings bugs and bad smells, and using it isn’t difficult. Aside from that, it’s a good place to stay. I enjoyed it, though Baguio has plenty of other great places.

We spent the last long weekend in Baguio here. The location worked well, close to SM and grocery stores, with a Family Mart beside the lobby on the ground floor. Some tourist spots are nearby too.

I booked an Airbnb in this tower and was really disappointed by the cleanliness. When I checked in, cockroaches were crawling around the bathroom, sink, walls, and even near the bed. I cancelled the booking, and the host showed me four other units in the same building. Sadly, they had the same problem. It’s a shame because the location and layout could be great, but the poor building maintenance and pest control are a major deal-breaker. If this isn’t dealt with soon, unit owners could lose a lot of guests. I hope management takes it seriously.

Session Road is an easy walk from here, which made the location ideal for our Baguio stay. We booked a unit through Airbnb. The building looks modern and is clean, and the guards and staff were courteous and helpful. Our stove malfunctioned and caused a power outage, but their electrical technician was available even at midnight. Really appreciated that. Highly recommended.

Getting to Session Road was very convenient, and we loved staying here.
