The location is the strongest point of Megatower residences, and I enjoyed my five-month stay in a corner unit at Megatower 1. It was a great apartment, though the building had some issues. I won’t share its photos since most Megatower condos, including Megatower 2,3 and 4, which I’ve stayed in or visited before, are nowhere near as nice or as large as the expensive one I rented on Air BnB. Most units are too small for more than two people and aren’t well maintained. The buildings are getting old and need maintenance. If you stay in one, please close doors gently. Students and other people sleep there, and I was woken several times by people banging doors, talking loudly in the halls, or letting their kids yell and play in the echoing corridors. Please keep the door closed while cooking, too. Food smells drift through the halls and into other rooms. And put rubbish in the garbage chute. Leaving it beside the chute brings bugs and bad smells, and using it isn’t difficult. Aside from that, it’s a good place to stay. I enjoyed it, though Baguio has plenty of other great places.
