I won't return or recommend this hotel. The room was spacious, but the property feels dated, smells dusty, and is poorly maintained and uncomfortable. Housekeeping seemed careless, too. We left my kid's ice cream in the fridge, and it was tampered with: the unopened one was taken and the opened one left behind. That was a kid's treat, and it should have been handled professionally. The experience raises serious concerns.

The breeze coming through the windows felt great, and the view was amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the building was well maintained, and the staff were nice and helpful. I really enjoyed this place.
The staff were polite, approachable, and accommodating, and the parking was convenient and clearly designated. But we had a stressful stay, and I wouldn't come back or recommend the place. The WiFi didn't work from check-in, even after someone reset the modem. We were told someone would be contacted, but it was still down in the morning. The TV had no signal either, and we were told it wouldn't work without internet, so both were unusable for our whole stay. There was no water in the unit at check-in. It was eventually restored, but then the kitchen sink faucet leaked and left puddles on the floor. When we reported it, someone only mopped instead of fixing the leak. Other parts of the living room floor kept getting wet for no clear reason, even after we dried them, which felt unsafe and poorly maintained. The shower heater worked at night but suddenly stopped in the morning. In Baguio, around 15°C, a freezing shower was extremely uncomfortable. If the heater only works at certain times, that should have been disclosed in the listing. No toiletries were provided either, despite being advertised. Overall, the maintenance and attention to guest comfort were poor.
The unit is fully furnished and very affordable, with a nice place and view. It's some distance from the city proper, but taxis and jeepneys via Mines View make it accessible. If you want a quiet place and maybe enjoy the morning mist, Outlook Ridge could suit you.
Date of visit: Dec 23, 2021. The location is very good, near Camp John Hay, Baguio Country Club, Mine's view, and Wright Park. Parking felt safe, and the internet worked with decent download speed, though it wasn't very fast. Everything was working, but I had to ask staff to replace some cookware, which they did right away. There's no restaurant in the building, though deliveries are allowed, and since it's a condo unit you can cook for yourself. Don't expect hotel-type service.
