We paid 3,500 a night for Dec 8 - 11, which honestly felt pretty cheap for peak season. The room was clean and cozy enough for the price, and had kitchen tools, plates, and utensils. We got a room on the third floor, which I thought was the best. The staff helped with questions, carrying our luggage, and parking. It's a bit far from SM baguio, Night Market, and Burnham park, but there was a department store nearby that was handy when we needed to buy something. The walk to and from the apartment can leave you a bit out of breath because it's steep, and then you still have to climb to your room. Still, the view was really beautiful and it was cooler than places near the city proper. I'd love to stay here again if we visit Baguio, especially for that breathtaking view from the room when there's thick fog.

If you're bringing a car, parking could be a problem. They rent out the parking spaces, so you might get back and find no slot available. The photos look okay, but space may be tight if you're traveling with a big group.

It's a relaxing place away from Baguio's crowded central business district, with beautiful scenery and a real Baguio breeze that makes it feel very cold. The rooms were clean, and the staff were very accommodating. Definitely a good place to stay.

The apartment was clean and the staff were helpful, which I liked. It's a little far from the main road and isn't suitable for elderly guests or people with disabilities. There's no parking on the premises.

Good value and affordable, but you give up some conveniences, like parking and Wi-Fi.
