The night before arrival, I got an email confirming the booking. Then, an hour before we were due to arrive, they texted that they'd cancel the reservation unless we confirmed it through a link. The link didn't work, they had no working phone number, and the message came from a foreign number. We went to another hotel and were very glad we didn't stay somewhere with such a lousy policy.

It wasn't worth the money. The room looked nothing like the online photos, and while there was internet, it was so slow it was useless. We weren't given the option of having the room fixed up, either. Cars passing by made our room location noisy, and I found stains on the cushion and mold on the small bedroom pillow.

The Deluxe room is spacious, and the rooms were clean. It's close to Session Road and you can commute on the Aurora Hill Jeep vv Baguio Plaza. A good place if, like me, you're out most of the time.

This is the worst RedDoorz for customer service. There's no parking, and the place is very unclean. The chinese bldg owners shout at clients and employees. They should close this place. Not worth the money.

The room was spacious, there were parking spaces, and the staff were warm and friendly. The food was okay too. Thumbs up!
