Fan's Hotel Baybay

The hotel is next to J&F, and the lobby is on the fourth floor. From outside it didn’t look promising, but upstairs it’s a nice place, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was okay, and the room gave us a peaceful night’s sleep for the money. We booked their best large room for guests who aren’t a family, called a Suite. It was usable but oddly bare, with no couch, proper chair, or table to eat at. The hot water was unpredictable, changing from warm to hot to cold on different days. J&F is extremely loud, with music turned up high from 7am until it closes at 8pm. We could hear it in our room during the day. There also wasn’t much to eat in this quiet little town, but we still had a good stay at the hotel.

For the price, this is a good place to spend a night in Baybay. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable, and everything I needed was there apart from a fridge. I was surprised to find such a slick, modern hotel here. The staff were welcoming and polite. It’s right above J&F and beside Puregold.

The complimentary breakfast was good, and the beds were great. The place was clean and convenient, though the shower water could have been warmer. My room also had no window looking outdoors.

The rooms are lovely, spacious, and peaceful, and the internet worked fine for me. I also really liked the dining area and the breakfast. The staff were accommodating, and I could see this working for a short visit or a longer one, whether you’re traveling as a couple, with friends, or with family.
