Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the accommodation was comfortable and really clean. The customer service at B & J Guesthouse was excellent. Lahi ra gyud! The care they show guests stands out, and it felt like every penny was well spent. For warmth, good value, and quality service in Tagbilaran, I'd highly recommend it.

The place and staff were good, but I'm unsure about the management. I brought in almost 65,000 pesos in income from accommodation for 27 people over 3 days, and they gave me only 1,000 pesos as what they called a “commission.” If that's how they treat someone who picked them over another facility, I guess there won't be a next time from me.

The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, and the showers hot. Internet was excellent, and the minisplit AC kept the room cold. Staff were friendly and informative, and can help arrange tours or rent a vehicle or scooter. The four-floor hotel has an elevator and a back-up generator if the power goes out, though I didn't need it. Breakfast costs 229 pesos per person; I didn't eat there. A great place to stay in Tagbilaran.

Ramps throughout and an elevator make this a good choice if you're with a PWD companion. The staff were all so nice, and the service we got was the best. Breakfast was filling and reasonably priced, and the room price was fair too. One of Tagbilaran's best places to stay. Salamat kaayo! I'd recommend it to everyone.
