Altabriza Boracay Resort

The hotel is right on the Main Road, which made it easy to get to all the places we wanted to see. Our stay was pleasant overall, thanks in part to the courteous, accommodating staff. Sir Glenn always greeted us with a smile, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. We did run into some issues during the renovation. Construction noise was frequent, debris often built up in our plunge pool, and the infinity pool wasn’t available, which was a bummer. The shower heater also wasn’t working properly, even after we raised the concern earlier. Still, Altabriza Hotel made our Boracay vacation comfortable and convenient. Thank you for hosting us.

The main drawback was the buffet breakfast. There were very few choices, and for most of our stay I ended up eating only salad and white bread. Apart from that, we had a pleasant vacation at Altabriza. The hotel is on the main road, almost opposite Jollibee and beside Watson, with D'Mall and the beach just a few metres away. Our second-floor room beside the bridge was comfortable and gave us easy access to the main pool and restaurant. I appreciated that they gave us a king-sized bed since we’re spouses. We were lucky to have the second-floor pool to ourselves both times we swam. Everyone delivered a high standard of hospitality, from the front desk team, Carla, Kyle and Glenn, to security, the IT manager, and the restaurant and pool staff. Thanks, guys, we really appreciate it.

From start to finish, we had an amazing time here. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and they even surprised us with a room upgrade. The location made everything really convenient. Absolutely the best hotel experience ever, we loved every moment and I highly recommend it.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I had no complaints about them. Carla at the front desk was professional and very helpful. The location is pretty good, near shops and the beach. At this price, I’d have given it five stars if breakfast had been better and the infinity pool had been available.
