10/10
The pool area was very nice, and the hotel is well placed near D Mall and the restaurants, close to the best part of the beach, Station 1. Rooms are beautiful and modern, with comfortable beds, Google TV, and a mini fridge. Service was great and the staff attentive. Breakfast was good, though it lacked vegetarian and vegan dishes. One drawback: from rooms with direct pool access, you may hear staff talking loudly as they come and go early in the morning.

We had a great time at this family-friendly resort. Jonathan, the manager, and the staff were welcoming, very friendly, and always ready to help with requests. The beach is just a few steps away, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and dmall within walking distance, so it was convenient to have what we needed nearby.

8/10
The airport transfer was smooth and hassle-free. While other guests were still waiting, I was already on my way. The staff were outstanding and attentive, especially about keeping children safe. After looking at the other hotels in the area, this seemed like the best choice and it delivered. Breakfast isn't the usual UK spread, but every option was delicious and made to a high standard. The gym is small, spotless, well equipped, and more modern than many I've seen. The stay was comfortable and memorable, and the hotel exceeded my expectations.

We just finished our second stay at Astoria, in room 108, and it's honestly still our favourite place. The hotel is a short walk from D’mall, with the activity meeting place and beach right outside, perfect for morning walks, and taho easily available. The welcome is warm, the service impeccable, and the transfers to and from Caticlan are seamless and stress free. Everyone was outstanding, from Aprille at the front desk to Security, restaurant, and service staff. We miss you all already and can't wait to come back. Thanks for always making our stay so memorable.

10/10
The pool is beautiful and relaxing, breakfast had a great range of choices each morning, and the location made it easy to enjoy the nearby area. The staff were especially welcoming and friendly, and service was professional throughout. I loved my stay at Astoria and would happily return. Two small things: there are no sunbeds on the beach, and the basic hair dryer didn't feel up to the standard of such a fancy hotel. After time in the sun and at the beach, I prefer something gentler on my hair, though that's just a personal preference. I truly enjoyed the experience and would recommend it.
