The room was tidy and clean, and the staff were polite and accommodating. The moment you step outside, you can see the sea. After long days of beach activities and walks, our daughter would call the room “home” when we got back. Bans Beach Resort made the stay comfortable and memorable, a real home away from home. We’ll definitely return.

The balcony was spacious and quiet, looking over a peaceful green courtyard. It’s very close to the beach, and you don’t have to walk down a nasty, stinking street to get there. The rooms were clean and reasonably well maintained, with no pests, and had a kettle and fridge. Staff were always helpful. For a longer stay, you may be able to negotiate a good price. Great resort, recommended!

This quiet, peaceful beachfront place is in Station 1. The Wi-Fi was fast, with no disconnections while we used two laptops. The staff are friendly and kind. There’s also a scuba diving business and tattoo business inside.

Bans is our go-to place to stay in Boracay. It’s a friendly resort right on the beach in Station 1, between the well-known dmall and groto. The staff are kind and welcoming.

We had a fantastic time coming back to explore Boracay, and BANS Beach Resort Boracay made it easy to enjoy the beach. It’s within walking distance of White Beach, Station 1, close to Willy's Rock, and near water activities and a diving shop. The rooms are spacious, the air conditioning works well, and there are hot and cold showers. It’s affordable, accessible, and caters to guests with mobility issues. 😍🫶🫰
