The shared WiFi slows down in the evenings, the pool isn't working, and the neighbors' dogs bark day and night. With renovation noise from 8 am to 5 pm, it’s a poor fit for light sleepers or remote workers. As of 2026, I wouldn’t recommend a long stay when better places are available for the same money.

It’s a handy place for a month or two in Boracay. The rooms are nice, and you can cook your own meals. There’s a pool to use, and it’s near Diniwid beach and City mall.

The sofa beds are good, and for this price the place is decent enough. The bathroom is small, though, and the hot water came through the heater with low flow.

The neighborhood is nice, and the flat itself is pleasant and well equipped, though it felt a little dark and humid. But the landlady treated us horribly, so I would NEVER return to Apartment N. 4.
