Casa D' Estrella Apartelle Vaccinated Staff

The room and the rest of the property were very clean. Our bedroom was spacious, with crisp fresh sheets and fluffy pillows, and we slept really comfortably. The towels were clean and smelled good, and the internet never gave me trouble. The Apartelle was peaceful and conveniently close to the front beach. The staff were kind and friendly, and handled all our requests quickly. Check-in and checkout both went smoothly. I love this place and would definitely come back, maybe for a longer stay.

We booked Casa'D'Estrella, but when we arrived they said Ellen's Aparetelle and Casa D'Estrella had the same owner, without having set that expectation beforehand. The room had lots of mosquitoes, a clogged toilet bowl, and a bed that smelled of vomit. On our last day, they moved us to Ellen, their main BLDG.

This left us feeling cheated. We asked the establishment for room photos and chose to book based on what seemed suitable, but on arrival we were sent to a different inn, "Ellen's Stay." We had originally booked at "Casa D Estrella" and asked to be moved there, but they still kept us at Ellen's Stay. Arguing was exhausting, so we reluctantly accepted the change. We expected them to be upfront about room availability. Moving forward, please be honest if you have no vacancies and stop accepting bookings, then passing guests to another place where the door locks are broken. hayyys

The rooms are modest, with a TV and pretty good WiFi if you're on the first floor. Breakfast is okay, not great: instant coffee, one egg, and some bacon. Even so, I'd recommend it as budget accommodation in Station 2 if you don't mind the odd quirks. It's very close to the beach, but hard to locate on a map. From the main road, head to the hospital and take the path toward the beach; the hotel is on the right before the tunnel. Coming along the beach past d mall, keep going until the Mandarin Resort sign. Before Shakeys, there's a narrow cement alley that looks like a tunnel on the left. Go through it, and just after you come out, the hotel is about 50 meters away on the left.
