The bathroom is huge, almost comically spacious, though it lacks a bidet and invites you to make a big wet mess. That extra room makes up for it. The bedroom is comfortable too, with a good bed and soft pillows. Ask housekeeping to take off the metal A/C casing, since it keeps the room from getting cold. Room service has breakfast all day, and the tocino is really good.

They said rooms were available, but once I mentioned I was using a coupon as a Club Ultima member, suddenly they were all booked. Lol. Crown Regency hotels are also poorly maintained.

The air conditioner didn't work, and breakfast was awful. There wasn't any meat or real fruit.

I liked the place, but my stomach was upset for the entire stay. The only food I ate was from the hotel.

Great value for money, with an excellent location. Housekeeping and the front office staff were excellent too.
