The Wi-Fi was the one good part. Everything else was awful: the place smelled, the bathroom was dirty, and the sheets and towels seemed unwashed, with no detergent or cleaning products used. The AC was really loud, and the water was freezing with no warm or hot option. I paid $17 a night, and there are much cleaner, nicer places for that price. Don't make my mistake. Read the reviews, they're true about this place.

For four days the AC didn't work properly, and there was no compensation, even though they were very insistent about getting payment first. The room itself was in poor shape and dirty, with a rusty, broken bathroom doorknob, a nonworking heater, and just one outlet, far from the bed. There were lots of mosquitoes, and the caretaker used the room's refrigerator. Getting between the shore and the apartelle meant walking along a dark, narrow street, which felt dangerous. Just trying to help a friend: don't inquire here, save yourself the vacation trouble 😉

This was a bad hotel, but it's cheap, so that's why I gave it 4 stars. Don't expect much. The single rooms are tiny, there's no water heater or washing basin, so you have to take cold baths. A basin feels especially important during a pandemic. Getting to the seaside also means taking a scary path.
