If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. The clifftop garden has a breathtaking view, and you can watch the sun and moon rise over the sea. The breeze is so gentle it makes you want to sit and reflect. Lantaw Villas is a quiet getaway, with elegantly furnished rooms.

The views are amazing, the staff were helpful, and the rooms were clean. Still, I’d stay away from this property. There’s no food available, and the hotel charges 300 p, about $6 USD, for a shuttle to each meal. The road was closed while we were there, so we had to walk through water to get to food rations. The beach is walkable, but access is difficult, raw sewage is dumped there, and it smells bad. It’s a good hotel if you’re happy staying in your room and dieting. We booked three nights and left after the first, but the hotel wouldn’t refund the two nights we didn’t use. Be careful if you’re thinking of booking. I can’t make sense of the other reviews. We stayed at three properties in Boracay, and the other two were very good and less expensive. Try somewhere else.
