We asked to switch rooms because renovations were happening on the third floor, and the staff handled it professionally and were happy to help. For our second night, they surprised us with what they called the best and most unique room in the hotel, which we really appreciated. We stayed two nights and found the place clean and cozy, with good facilities and a great location. Everyone was welcoming and professional. We were very happy with the stay and would gladly recommend it.

The airport transfer went smoothly, and the breakfast buffet had lots of different food and plenty of it. We had a room upgrade, and the room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities. It was easy to ask staff for anything. They also surprised our daughter for her birthday by decorating the room and leaving a small cake. We had a wonderful time at Mandarin White Sand this February, and I'd return.

The beachfront was peaceful and beautiful, and the hotel's atmosphere felt calm and well organized. Food was good too. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well cared for, while the staff stayed courteous, welcoming, and ready to help. The fourth floor was under maintenance during our visit, but it didn't affect our experience much. The staff handled things well and remained accommodating.

Wicked Squid Divers is right next door, which made diving convenient. The room was decent, but a leak kept the bathroom floor wet and that was inconvenient. Yvonne and the front desk team were especially helpful and ready to assist. I appreciated the nightly snacks and the guest slippers too. I booked the transfer, and pickup was efficient all the way from the airport welcome through the smooth boat ride to the hotel. Pleasant stay at Mandarin White Sand, and I'd recommend it for the friendly staff and service.

The quiet setting and how smoothly everything ran made the stay feel special. Staff were attentive and so friendly that I felt at home right away. Breakfast was delicious, and the thoughtful amenities were well done. I'll be back and will recommend the hotel to friends and family. Thanks for such a memorable visit!
