Residencia Boracay

You can stay beachfront at Station 1 here without spending too much. The room was good, even the simple one, and it was very affordable. The beach chairs were nice, the staff were accommodating, and breakfast was included for a low price. It was tasty too. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from. I especially liked the dried fish served every day, along with Filipino favorites like Tapa, Longanisa, and Tocino. Our room was cleaned daily, the staff were friendly and accommodating, Wi-Fi was fast enough to work on my laptop, and the air conditioning was very cold. The large bed we requested was comfortable and could fit two adults and one or two kids. Beach towel service was a nice extra. The place is getting old. The room walls need repainting, and the bathroom could use some renovation, with peeling paint and rusty fixtures. Someone described it as an old retreat house, and I thought that fit, hehe. Still, we loved our stay. The beachfront location was great, and the room price was affordable, so I'm giving it a high rating. Thank you Residencia! We'll be back.

Just steps from the beach, with superb food and excellent service. Boracay feels like a second home when we're here, and it's great value for money.

We only spent a few days here, but my friends and I had the best time. Being able to walk along the long stretch of beach to Station 2 and back made the location ideal. The staff were always smiling and greeted us whenever they saw us. The food was great too, especially the dried fish served each day. We're sure to return to this resort hotel!
