The staff were accommodating, but there were lots of flies and mosquitos in the room. It was crowded, so we had no space left for a table and chairs to eat at. The pillows and bed linens were only average for cleanliness, and there was no bathroom exhaust. Water also became scarce in the morning. Sorry, that's my review.
The beautiful surroundings and eco-friendly feel made for a nice ambiance. The event hall is amazing, with lots of Instagrammable setups. The waiters are professional, the food is delicious, and the employees have good manners. Excellent 100%.
There wasn't much to do at Hunter Valley. The pool is small, the slides weren't working, and there was a lot of renovation going on. The rooms weren't well maintained. I'd suggest looking for another resort.
The infrastructure is old, but service was good and the staff were accommodating. It's low-cost and near Palayan.
A really nice spot to unwind or spend time with the family.
