I keep coming back because this hotel is convenient for visiting my favorite province, and it’s right beside Cabanatuan City’s central terminal, which works well for commuters. Still, I hope they make more improvements. The rate feels high for what you get, and there’s only a 24-hour package, no 12-hour option. Breakfast isn’t included in that rate. On my most recent stay, the phone didn’t work, so I had to go downstairs several times to ask reception for things or order food. They gave me a calling card so I could call from my mobile, and luckily I had phone credit. The internet was intermittent too, and I couldn’t even watch YouTube or Netflix. There wasn’t another signal source available. The pantry takes room service orders only until 9:30 pm. I ordered Cabanatuan longganisa and liked it. At that hour, ordering from the hotel was a good choice instead of going out. The room has a toilet and bath, a comfortable bed and comforter, cold air conditioning, and a hot and cold shower. Basic toiletries are provided, but the soap dispensers were empty or not working. Single rooms have open cabinets, while family rooms have closed ones. There was no complimentary water on my visits, so I had to buy it or keep going out to refill my bottle. There were no slippers or bathrobe either, just bath towels. The room had a table and only one chair. This was my third check-in here, and the stay was good overall. Staff are accommodating, but there’s no elevator, so ask for help if you have luggage. You also have to pay a refundable 500-peso deposit at check-in.

There’s a 24-hour convenience store, and the hotel is easy to reach from the bus terminal. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean, though a bit small. A nice hotel for an affordable price.

We needed somewhere to stay overnight in Cabanatuan City, and came across this hotel. On June 12, 2025, we tried it for one night in a Family Room on the third floor. It’s a new hotel, with a visible guardhouse and a wide parking area beside the building. There’s a convenience store and a restaurant, though the restaurant has set operating hours. The staff were friendly and ready to assist. They also provided an updated sales invoice, which matters for people like us who are deployed for work. The room was large, as you’d expect for a family room. The mattress was comfortable and smelled good, with three pillows and three sheets per bed. There was a cabinet with several hangers, a wide mirror, a small fridge for cold drinks, a minibar with a price list, and a kettle. The water refill station was outside. The air conditioning worked well, and the phone and directory were there. There was a table but only one chair, and the lights had 2-3 way switching. We got just one key card, no spare. The bathroom was good, with a working bidet and heater. The shower control knob was hard to turn, though, and the door wouldn't lock, possibly because of an installation issue. They had toiletries and soap and shampoo dispensers, but no tabo or batya. There were no glasses or coffee cups, spoons, or an extra hook for hanging clothes, unlike at some other hotels. There’s no elevator. Stairs are on the right for the third and fourth floors, and you can ask for help carrying things. The lighting was low to medium. I saw CCTV, but couldn't locate a router. Wi-Fi connected, but kept dropping, perhaps it works better on other floors or in other rooms. It uses a voucher system rather than open Wi-Fi, so several devices couldn’t connect at once, including devices needed for work. Mobile data also lagged for Globe, Dito, and Smart, though that may depend on the room location. Breakfast wasn’t included in our room rate. The TV wouldn’t work without logging into Wi-Fi, but the Wi-Fi was voucher-only. There were no instructions for using the TV, so it seemed to be there just as a display. The room felt basic for the price, and there was no corporate stay discount. Based on what I saw, I’d recommend it for other guests, including business stays and gatherings.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and I found the room comfortable. It was a lovely stay.

We’ve stayed here a couple of times because it’s the best pet-friendly hotel in Cabanatuan City for us. The family room was the right size, with two double beds, and cost ₱2400 per night plus a 300-per-night fee. It’s a basic place with a convenience store and cafe, but no other amenities. It’s behind the bus terminal, and works well for a night if you’ll be out in the city during the day.
