The room was roomy and clean, and the bed was comfortable. We had air conditioning and our own bathroom, though the shower head could use a proper cleaning. Liwliwa has almost no signal. There is resort wifi, but it only works in the common area and barely reaches the room. It was hard to sit there because of all the bugs, so I wish the wifi reached farther. The location is great, close to restaurants and only about a three-minute walk from the beach. It's pet-friendly too.

The location made the stay really easy, with the restaurant street right there and the beach close by. The team was quick to respond and even waited for me when I got in late at night. I had a great two-night stay at the surf theory resort. Would definitely recommend it 🏄‍♂️🌊🏝️🏝️

We were there for three days and two nights, and the location was a real plus, close to both the beach and restaurants. The room had some serious problems, though: big cockroaches, occasional water shortages that made flushing difficult, and a broken shower head. Towels cost extra to rent. Wifi was very weak, and with the dead spot there was no mobile data either. Extra services and amenities cost 1500.

Agoho, the restaurant run by the owners, was excellent 👌🏼, and the place itself was clean, well located, with good customer service. A few fixtures in the room had rusted from the humidity, and the door was hard to open. Still, we had a pleasant weekend.
